  • Remote and on-site support

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when engaging our services
  • Ensure you have permission to authorise work on systems or networks
  • Maintain backups unless included in our service plan
  • Not use our services for illegal purposes
  • Inform us of any critical issues or system changes that may affect our work

3. Access to Systems

You may need to grant us temporary access to systems or credentials.

We will:

  • Use them only for the purpose provided
  • Handle them confidentially
  • Delete or return them after work is complete (unless otherwise contractually required)

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices may be fixed, hourly, or project-based
  • Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe (typically 7–30 days)
  • Late payments may incur interest as permitted by UK law
  • Hardware or software purchases require payment upfront unless agreed

5. Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee
  • Long-term service agreements require written notice for termination

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Service Warranty

We guarantee our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

6.2 Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss when backups were not maintained
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues caused by unauthorised changes, misuse, or third-party software
  • Hardware failures not caused directly by our work

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Security Services Disclaimer

Cybersecurity services reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We provide recommendations, but the client is responsible for implementing policies, updates, and safe usage.

8. Remote Support

Where remote support is requested:

  • You authorise us to connect to your device
  • You accept responsibility for closing or securing sensitive information before connection

9. Intellectual Property

Documentation, reports, and tools provided by Peel IT Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You may use them only for internal business or personal use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is not made
  • Access is denied
  • Illegal or harmful activity is detected
  • Terms are violated

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled by the relevant UK courts.
